End-user service for practices and hospitals

One of inmed‘s main areas of focus is end-user service. inmed offers solutions for the overall package. Our team members are trained on the following MRI system types and inmed is currently offering service for:

inmed employs 4 home-based engineers. These employees are located in northern Germany, in south-east Germany, in the area of Munich and in North Rhine Westphalia. All other service employees work out of Offenbach. This enables fast response time and quick troubleshooting. Usually, our employees can be on a site in Germany in less than 2 to 8 hours.
