Corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair can be carried out after a system breakdown or any abnormal MRI system performance. A response time of less than 2 hours can be achieved for customers located close to the inmed main office or to the home-based engineers. The response time for longer distance service calls does usually not exceed eight hours.
inmed provides a large stock of spare parts, RF-coils and special tools for MRI. This assures fast repair of all MRI systems. Checks and inspections of the local authorities are accompanied by inmed as well.
